Initially a small scale festival with only a handful of artists, the Slam Dunk Festival has grown in recent years to a weekend-long punk and metal music celebration, with over 40 bands playing on multiple stages.

Slam Dunk Fest 2015 is almost here, with details, both technical and entertaining, already set in place. People come from all over England to listen and rock out with their friends, although many people don’t realize the enormous technical feat that is needed to bring everything together.

How Is Slam Dunk Fest Made Possible?

The Main Stage at Herts Uni will be hosting such bands as:

You Me At Six, Taking Back Sunday, Don Broco, Lower Than Atlantis, Neck Deep and more. The Monster Energy Stage’s lineup includes: Architects, While She Sleeps, Finch, Crossfaith, Bury Tomorrow, Thy Art Is Murder, and a few others.

Desperado Stage will include:

Reel Big Fish, Millencolin, Goldfinger, Zebrahead, Mariachi El Bronx, Lightyear, and more. The Macbeth Stage will host: The Wonder Years, Fireworks, Transit, Such Gold, Bayside and more. Impericon Stage will include: The Bronx, Gallows, H20, Comeback Kid, Bane, Stick To Your Guns, and a few more.

Fresh Blood Stage will carry: Moose Blood, Baby Godzilla, Seaway, This Wild Life, Rob Lynch, and others. Lastly, the Uprawr DJ Stage will include: Dani & David Winter-Bates, Tek One, Terufumi Tomano,The Algorithm, and Mel Clarke.
