HACE (High Altitude Cerebral Edema)

Exercise

If you are prepare for going for Aconcagua expeditions, then you must do regular exercise. You exercise must include cardio, dead hangs and pull ups, running, jogging, etc. Try to jog in high altitude area so that your body gets used to with the height. Put some weight in your back while running. This will help you while climbing.
